Is the filling in the booking form obligatory?
Filling in the booking form is a binding expression of an interest in accommodation. We will confirm the acceptance of a booking form by a confirmation email. Your reservation will be considered binding upon the confirmation of the reservation by the hotel reception.
What to do if we do not receive a confirmation email?
Please, check your email address spam. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please, contact our hotel reception.
How can I pay for a stay?
You can pay for your stay in advance (by a bank transfer or personally), by a guarantee credit card (card number, expiration date, CVC code), or by a post-payment (by a bank transfer or personally).
Is it possible to cancel my reservation if I cannot stay at the hotel?
Please, inform the hotel reception immediately in case of any complications for which you cannot check-in. Therefore, you will be informed about the possibility of cancelling a charge or free postponing the reservation for a different period.
Is there a car park near the hotel?
The car park is situated next to the hotel. Parking stay is included in the price of the accommodation.
Which airport if the closest to the hotel?
The nearest Airport is located in Košice, approximately 80 kilometres far from the Thermal ŠÍRAVA HOTEL**** . In case of interest we would be glad to arrange a transfer for you.
Is there a room for disabled guests in the hotel?
Thermal ŠÍRAVA HOTEL**** has one barrier-free room. All common public places are also adapted to the disabled guests.
Can we connect to the internet in the hotel room?
Free internet access to the internet via Wi-Fi is available in all hotel rooms.
Can we accommodate in the hotel with a pet?
According to the Accommodation Rules it is not possible to stay in the hotel with a pet.
Can we smoke in the hotel room?
All hotel rooms and common public areas are non-smoking. You can smoke outdoors at the special place for smokers.
Can we have our clothes washed and ironed in the hotel?
Each room is equipped with a laundry bag where you can place your clothes that needs to be washed and ironed. During the daytime cleaning service, a maid will pick the “laundry bag” up and deliver to the hotel laundry. Your washed and ironed laundry will be brought by the maid to your room the next day during the cleaning service.
Can we enter the hotel room with a baby carriage?
All common areas are barrier-free so you can easily enter the hotel room with your baby carriage.
Can we have a baby cot in the hotel room?
We would be happy to equip your hotel room with a baby cot with a mattress and a pillow, but you should not forget to mention this requirement in your reservation.
Is it possible to warm up the baby milk right in the hotel room?
Each hotel room is equipped with an electrical kettle where you can warm up your baby water. For more comfort, we recommend an accommodation in the apartment which is equipped with a kitchenette.
